The Herencia at 46 Kim Yam Road is a fresh development that pays homage to its luminous history by preserving the façade of the former Nan Chiau High School, and with it the rich heritage of the old premise.
Besides its rich heritage, it is also set within an oasis of greenery and tranquility right in the heart of the River Valley area with the vibrant riverside enclave of Robertson Quay and Mohd Sultan right at its doorsteps.
DOERS was engaged to weave these unique value propositions into a compelling new website that entices and informs visitors about the development, in order to replace its previous dated website.

Imageries
Photos from the old website did not do the development justice. Therefore, one of our main strategies was to introduce great imageries that highlight the preserved architecture amidst its green surroundings. A picture paints a thousand words and together with the written copy, forms the cornerstone for a visually stunning website.
Fonts
Colours
We decided on a muted colour palette so that the vibrant photos can take center stage in the design. A subtle brown among the black and greys was introduced in references to the façade of the architecture and creates a harmonious palette when the various design elements come together.
